The Contracting Authority invites tenders for the performance of tasks related to the safeguarding and preservation of the assets of debtor companies in the course of the liquidation proceedings it conducts.
In the event of a successful tender, the Contracting Authority shall conclude a framework contract for an indefinite period with the Bidder submitting the most economically advantageous bid, in which the Contracting Authority undertakes to conclude a contract of assignment for the custody and preservation tasks specified in the Cstv exclusively with the successful Bidder during the term of the framework contract.
Tenderers must include with their tender their detailed quotation, their licences to operate, their references, the criteria which may be taken into account as an advantage in the evaluation and a declaration that they are not an undertaking in which the contracting authority is the sole or majority shareholder of a liquidation body or liquidator or their close relatives. Documents certifying that the signatories to the tender are authorised to represent the tenderer must also be attached.
Bid Binding: The Bidder's Bid Binding Period is 60 days from the deadline for submission of the Bid, which the Bidder must specifically state in its Bid.

The contracting authority invites tenders for the tasks of sorting, managing, storing and disposing of the files of debtor companies in the course of the winding-up proceedings it carries out.
In the case of a successful tender, the Bidder is also responsible for the transport of the debtor company's records from the place of receipt to the place of storage of the records, and for the provision of data from the received records in accordance with the special legislation, and for the provision of information on the documents received, as well as for the collection of the records in accordance with the Cstv. 53.§ (1) a) of the historical value of the debtor company's records to the archives, the Cstv. 53.§ (1) b) of the archival material of lasting value to the regionally competent archives in the manner prescribed by the Cstv (in an uncontaminated state, in filing order, with administrative aids, in acid-free boxes suitable for archival storage and labelled in a manner appropriate to the archival content - or in other storage media appropriate to the nature of the archival material - and with a list of the archival material at least per storage unit - per box or other storage media).
The Cstv. Pursuant to Section 53 (3) of the Act on the Protection of the Bankruptcy Register, the liquidator shall ensure the safekeeping of documents for the period specified by law. The duty to keep documents for the statutory period may be delegated, but the liquidator shall remain responsible until the expiry of the retention period.
In the event of a successful tender, the Contracting Authority will conclude a framework contract for a fixed term of 5 years with the Bidder submitting the most economically advantageous bid, in which the Contracting Authority undertakes to conclude a contract of assignment for the archiving tasks specified in the Cstv exclusively with the successful Bidder during the term of the framework contract in the liquidation proceedings it carries out.

The Contracting Authority invites tenders for the performance of tasks relating to the valuation of real estate, movable assets, receivables and tangible fixed assets owned by debtor companies in the course of the liquidation proceedings it conducts. In the event of a successful tender, the tenderer will also be responsible for the valuation of tangible fixed assets, stocks and real estate assets of the debtor company which have no value but which are written off in the final balance sheet of the transferred activity or have a zero value. The tenderer must also declare that, if it is necessary to draw up an inventory, it will assist in drawing up the inventory. The Bidder declares that, if the subject of the valuation is the preparation of a valuation requiring special expertise, it will also assist in finding the appropriate expert.
